Printing

Silk Screen Printing - Screen printing is the top industry standard way of printing onto apparel. Prints are prepared by the logos getting burned onto the screens where each color in the logo will need to be burned on a different screen. Logos are then applied to the garments with high quality plastisol paint that gets cured at a high temperature. Excellent wash durability and logos will last on garment as long as the garment lasts. (4 color logo color limit)
Sublimation - Sublimation prints are prepared using a special sublimation printer where the logo is printed and then transferred to the garment using a heat press. Colors are very vibrant! Excellent wash durability! No feel printing; as in the logo will have no feel to it on the garment. It will be burned through the fabric. Can only be used on polyester dominated apparel. Best choice: 100% Light or White Polyester material. (no logo color limit)
White Toner - White Toner Prints are prepared with a special white toner printer where white is passed as an overpass for full color logo printing. White toner is usually used for logos with many colors in which the logo cannot be silk screen printed. (no logo color limit)
Heat Transfer - Heat Transfer is usually used for full picture print outs with a strong bond and great wash durability. Transfer paper is either white or clear. (no color logo limit)
Vinyl - Heat Transfer Vinyl or HTV designs are prepared by using a cutter machine to cut the logo out and then weeded out the excess material with several tools. Logo is then heat pressed onto your garment. Has a pretty strong bond with great wash durability. (3-4 color logo limit)
